By inviting EndisBot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the bot.

2. Description of Service

EndisBot is a Discord bot that provides various features including but not limited to:

• Moderation tools (channel locking, server lockdown)
• Utility commands (DNS lookup, WHOIS, translations, screenshots)
• Entertainment features (games, polls, memes, GIFs)
• Information services (weather, cryptocurrency, currency conversion)
• Administrative tools (giveaways, scheduling)

3. User Responsibilities

When using EndisBot, you agree to:

• Use the bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not use the bot for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Not attempt to exploit, abuse, or find vulnerabilities in the bot
• Not use the bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Not use the bot to spam or flood Discord channels
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use EndisBot to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Engage in automated use of the system beyond normal bot interactions
• Interfere with or disrupt the bot's services or servers
• Circumvent any access restrictions or rate limits

5. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep EndisBot available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Update these terms with reasonable notice
• Change pricing or introduce premium features in the future

6. Intellectual Property

EndisBot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the EndisBot team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the bot without explicit permission.

7. Third-Party Services

EndisBot integrates with various third-party APIs and services. We are not responsible for:

• The availability or accuracy of third-party data
• Content from external sources (Reddit, Urban Dictionary, etc.)
• Any changes to third-party API policies or availability

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EndisBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The bot will meet your specific requirements
• The bot will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results from using the bot will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the bot will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EndisBot, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the bot
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content
• Any other matter relating to the service

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to EndisBot immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
• Abuse or exploitation of the bot
• Requests from law enforcement or government agencies

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through our Discord support server or bot announcements. Continued use of EndisBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
